As a native Washingtonian, Joanna Sullivan has watched her state grow into one of the top real estate markets in the country, and for the last 30 years she has not only watched but she has also been an integral part of that growth. Joanna has been involved in every aspect of the home buying process, as she has worked in lending, title and escrow, and brokerage.

 

Client satisfaction is the driving force behind her decades-long career, and Joanna’s clients love the collaborative energy that she exudes as she searches for the perfect home for them. She believes that the client experience is just as important as the home purchase itself, so Joanna always puts her clients first.

 

Joanna focuses on serving King County and is located on the East Side, but she never goes too long without paying a visit to Maple Valley, where she lived for 20 years and raised her children. When Joanna isn't in the office she loves spending time with her husband Kraig, at their favorite happy hour spots in Bellevue.
