As a native Washingtonian, Joanna Sullivan has watched her state grow into one of the top real estate markets in the country, and for the last 30 years she has not only watched but she has also been an integral part of that growth. Joanna has been involved in every aspect of the home buying process, as she has worked in lending, title and escrow, and brokerage.

Joanna focuses on serving King County and is located on the East Side, but she never goes too long without paying a visit to Maple Valley, where she lived for 20 years and raised her children. When Joanna isn't in the office she loves spending time with her husband Kraig, at their favorite happy hour spots!
